Hiring Urgently – Ownership Without the Buy-In!

AB Dental Group seeks a self-driven, experienced dentist to join our growing team in Port Lavaca, Texas. This is a unique opportunity to earn $1,000/day, 4 days per week, while stepping directly into 25% practice ownership with no upfront buy-in required.

We offer the autonomy and full clinical control you want, combined with the advantages of a group practice. With high patient flow, modern facilities, and a collaborative work environment, you’ll have the opportunity to provide excellent care while building long-term equity.

Note: The practice is located approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from Sugar Land. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Perform cleanings and restorative procedures
• Interpret X-rays and diagnostic tools
• Develop treatment plans for long-term oral health
• Place and restore dental implants with confidence

What We Require:

• DDS/DMD with an active Texas Dental License
• DEA Registration
• CDS Registration
• Professional Liability Insurance

Nice to Have:

3+ years of experience in dentistry
